Quality Policy
The Faculty Council of the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Rijeka has adopted the Handbook for the Quality of Studying of the University of Rijeka as the handbook for the Faculty of Mathematics and, in doing so, has adopted the University of Rijeka’s quality policy as its own. By this decision, the Faculty affirms its commitment to the continuous development of a culture of quality, in accordance with the relevant institutional and regulatory framework.
Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee of the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Rijeka
The organization, operation and manner of work of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee, as well as the areas of evaluation of the quality assurance and improvement system, are prescribed by the Ordinance on the Quality Assurance and Improvement System of the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Rijeka. The activities of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee are aligned with the Ordinance of the Faculty of Mathematics, as well as with the Ordinance on the Quality Assurance System at the University of Rijeka and the Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Science Act (Official Gazette no. 151/2022).
By the decision of the Faculty Council, the following members were appointed as the members of the Committee:
Prof. Dean Crnković – representative of the Faculty administration
Assoc. Prof. Bojan Crnković – representative of the Department of Mathematical Analysis
Assoc. Prof. Ana Jurasić – representative of the Department of Algebra and Number Theory, Chair of the Committee
Assist. Prof. Sara Ban Martinović – representative of the Department of Discrete Mathematics
Lea Bertović – student representative
Kristina Validžić – student representative
Nevia Grbac, Prof. – representative of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Rijeka
