Speakers and Panelists:
Milena – Milena started her career during her student days, and after 10 years of experience in Telecom as a software development engineer, she decided to switch her career to data engineering at iOLAP, where she started as a junior. Today, Milena is the Data Engineering Manager, leading the company’s largest team of over 70 people. Her job includes team leadership, career development, improving company services, and providing solutions for clients globally. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and engaging in various sports activities.
Ines – Ines began her career in Data Engineering during her studies, and over the past few years, she has had the opportunity to work on projects in various industries. This diverse experience has made her proficient with a wide range of technologies, including Python and AWS, which she is excited to share with this generation of the iOLAP Academy. When she’s not immersed in coding or data analysis, she enjoys staying active through various sports and activities.
Nikolina – Nikolina is completing her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Mathematics in Rijeka. Inspired by numbers and data, she completed the iOLAP Academy and subsequently joined iOLAP. Professionally, she works in data engineering, while in her free time, she sings and dances.
Ivan – After completing his undergraduate studies in computing at the Technical Faculty in Rijeka, Ivan joined iOLAP and is also pursuing a master’s degree in computing, focusing on Data Science. This year marks his fourth anniversary at iOLAP, during which he will be one of the mentors for the AI part of the academy. In his free time, he travels and engages in music.
Antonia – Antonia graduated with a master’s degree in psychology and then worked in human resources. She has been in recruitment and selection for 7 years and has been part of the iOLAP Talent Acquisition team for over 2 years, responsible for finding and selecting candidates for various departments. The iOLAP Academy is one of her favorite initiatives as it provides practical knowledge and real-world examples to participants. In her free time, she loves cooking, watching series and movies, and hiking.
